Cancellation Policy

Individual Treatments & Sessions

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your appointment.
This allows us to offer your time slot to another client and ensures smooth planning within the clinic.
Cancellations must be made by phone.
 Cancellations made later than 72 hours, or not confirmed by phone, will be charged in full.
Programs, Courses & Packages
For health programs, courses, and packages:

  • Cancellations must be made no later than 7 business days before the start date
  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 3 business days before your scheduled session
